Funding

To reduce costs and speed up the process of implementing our programmes, as we have said will work with established and credible charities in the countries as our ground partners.  We have calculated that we will not allow our administrative overheads and marketing costs to exceed 10% of the donation value. Which means that 90% will go directly to the cause.  Our plan is to use as many volunteers as possible. Both at senior and operational level in the UK and only employee salaried staff that are full time and directly involved in operations and implementation.

Our immediate funds are for our project in Kumasi, Ghana, for 100 students per year. We are seeking donors and also  seeking local businesses to subsidies, food, accommodation, transport, college fees etc. Our target is to reduce the budget by a minimum of 20% through local support from people and business.

The budget for the 12 months programme is £5,290, for each student orphan. We also guarantee that every £1.00 you give £0.90 pence will go direct to the orphans programme.

The cost for the 12 month programme includes:

1. Accredited Vocational training (6 to 12 month programme)
2. Trauma therapy (1 year)
3. English Language classes (1 year)
4. Creative thinking classes (1 year)
