Promoting yourself means communicating your strengths and contributions with confidence. It is about standing up for yourself when no one else will. Knowing your value. Learning appropriate behaviour and clothing for any given situation.

8. Boundary Setting Skills

Whether it’s politely but firmly turning down people, dealing with an over-imposing friend or family member, or finalising a work assignment, you need to know how to do set limits for yourself, without feeling guilty about it.

9. Resourcefulness and Delegating Skills

Learning where to get help and not trying to solve it all, with a view to improving the efficiency and knowledge within your business, or work-life.

10. Presenting Skills

Learning to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences. These skills cover a range of areas such as the structure of the presentation, the design of the slides, tone of voice, and body language.

Learning technical skills and soft skills.

Preparing a CV, applying for a job and managing the interview to the best of your capabilities so that you come across as an exceptional candidate to an employer.

13. Creative Development Skills

Learning to be creative by drawing on confidence, language, physical, and thinking skills, imagination and emotional understanding. Dramatic play to help make sense of the world. Arts and craft activities encourage self-expression and decision-making.

14. Stress Management

Managing your behaviour and feelings to improve your quality of life at home and at work.

15. Mindfulness

Simple coping techniques to reduce anxiety before it occurs

16. Working with Difficult People

Managing situations to avoid stress and achieve goals (by both parties) when dealing with difficult people.

17. Multi-Faith Religious Education

The teaching of the subject will influence young people to be tolerant to people holding divergent religious and social views. Also, to ensure their own faith is strong and having the environment to practice.

18. English Language

Knowing a second language and an international business language such as English is vital for success. Once again the courses will be accredited.

19. Computer and IT Skills

Practical IT skills and software knowledge relevant to running a small business or working for an employer.

20. Home Maintenance Skills

Learning the basics of how to fix appliances around the house and in a place of business, as well as basic mechanics, will contribute to a woman’s independence.

21. Safety Skills & How to Defend your Self

How to avoid compromising situations, defence against attacks and general first aid.

22. Survival Skills

Basic survival skills to help an individual escape harm during an emergency.

23. Financial skills & Home Economics

Creating and managing a household budget, as well as a business budget. Good money management.

24. Cooking and nutrition

Advanced cooking skills, baking skills and nutritional advice to ensure independence and good health.

25. Sewing

Sewing buttons, repairing clothes, repairing upholstery, becoming self-sufficient in fabric repairs.

26. Women’s health education

Looking after one’s own physical and mental well-being, knowing when to consult a doctor, healthy habits and noticing changes in the body.

27. Various therapy sessions to support good mental health

Emotional intelligence and leaning to manage emotions,  exploring standards and boundaries, decision-making, building confidence and trust, assertiveness training, empathy training, learning to forgive yourself and others.
